Goring Repair Café is a free community service to help reduce waste. It is primarily for the benefit of Goring and Streatley residents, but other visitors are welcome to drop in to see what goes on and bring in items too.
The service is run entirely by enthusiastic unpaid volunteers to help repair things which are often simple to fix if the skills are available.
Repairing avoids the consumption of replacement products, conserve natural, unreplaceable resources and the greenhouse gas emissions manufacturing and shipping generates, to do our bit in Goring to help save the Planet.
